Booking, video consultations, live chat, medical file uploads, Google Calendar sync and Stripe Connect payouts, built end to end in six months of spare time.

**Role:** Solo developer, product and engineering

## Context

Patients in smaller towns wait weeks to see a specialist, and specialists juggle bookings, files and payments across too many tools.

## What I built

- Booking with Google Calendar sync and automatic reminders.
- Video consultations and live chat inside the app.
- Medical file uploads, including MRI scans.
- Payments straight to each specialist through Stripe Connect.

## Architecture

A NestJS API on Fastify with PostgreSQL, Redis and BullMQ, and a Next.js front end. Third-party services: Daily.co, Twilio, Stream Chat, Resend and Stripe.

## Outcome

As of September 2026: 25 specialists offer 65 services on elivo, and patients have made 28 bookings.
